The reeds were in a regular yellow envelope and not padded. The reed box was smashed flat (not that it was sellers fault). I don’t know if they were damaged until I go to use them.

I tried within minutes to cancel it, and I just couldn’t do it. He wouldn’t let me. So I sent a message to him, and though I got no reply, I told him what set I would’ve preferred. And he actually made it right and sent that set which I appreciate. I still think you should be able to cancel an order within minutes of placing it.  Overall pleased with the transaction
