Looking at tracking, it looks like the item was scanned in Tuesday morning after being left in the dropbox on Saturday. My understanding of what happened at my post office is that the severe weather and local flooding had caused a backup and delay in processing packages over the weekend, but going forward I will try to avoid the dropbox to prevent any lapse in tracking information.
