    item paid with paypal both vat and post paid at time of purchase, when item on way to me DHL then had email asking to pay additional vat and customs , i was shocked as the item i ordered wouldnt be delivered until fees paid, i contacted ebay but nothing done although reported. a very expensive item, poor buyers beware of this seller.
