There was a lot of weirdness about muddying the waters of who was responsible for this pump shipping without ha handle that was obviously broken off, but the seller kept blaming the shipping department. This seems like a big company rather than a 1-2 person operation and some difficulty comes with that. They made it right but it took effort on my part over several weeks.
