      This is the best 1/4 inch extension I have ever used. Not because it’s 12 inches long but because Irwin makes the best 1/4 inch extension. And I have bought a lot of different brands to find out which is best, Ha ha! Whether it’s a short 2 inch, 6 inch, or this long 12 inch extension, buy Irwin. You will not be disappointed!

      Solid tool. Holds bit well.

      Solidly made. Grips the bit well. I use it in my drill press with a quick-change shank wire wheel to brush the inside of metal tubes. I count on this tool not to let the wire wheel fall off inside the tube.
