    The package arrived in a box in terrible condition even the postman made a point of letting me know he didn't cause the damage and asked if I wanted to send it back. I kept it and when opened it was obvious it has been used before as there was a still dirt and debris all over inside of it. This was listed as a new unit. I will be testing it this afternoon to see of it even works. I have no problem buying used stuff just don't lie about it or even if it's fine you get negative feedback.

    Nice little unit.

    This really does the job in my 12x14 bedroom. It doesn't seem to cost a lot to run and I keep the room at 80°. I only gave it 4 stars because it is a bit loud but nothing I can't get used to. My previous Vornado lasted 21 years. So I don't expect this one to break down despite heavy usage.
