    The poster was advertised with a dimension of 27” X 20”. The poster that arrived was 27” X 19”? Therefore the framed that had been purchased specifically to accommodate the poster could not be utilized. A clerical error or a misrepresentation in advertising - a suggest the latter.

    This buyer never contacted me to tell me about the issue or I would have refunded them immediately As for the listing, mistakes do happen. To imply that I deliberately misrepresented them item is inflammatory unfair and absurd. If they were that upset why didn't they contact me?Why did they wait a month to leave? I care very much about my customers experience as other feedback shows. The tiny amount I made on this sale of less than $20, about $10 after fees, wouldn't be worth negative feedback.
