Absolutely fantastic service considering you're buying scratch n dent items. The packaging from Skytech is ridiculousy thorough and I suspect this could have survived a fall out of a passing airplane. Great value and great sellers. If you see a deal from them don't hestitate: GET IT!

However, once I informed them of the issue, they were very apologetic and were very diligent in correcting the mistake. It did push my timeline, and thankfully my client was understanding. But, I would rather deal with a seller willing to correct the situation than leave me "in the lurch". Will save seller for future needs.
