I also had to tear down the machine and re-seat the CPU to get a clean boot. However, despite the weirdness, I got a better deal and way faster shipping than other similar sellers. Very happy to finally have what I needed for my project.

But I wouldn't have used it anyway, I don't do Windows. Machine has been everything described, actually a little more, it's an i5 7500-T @ 33GHz, quad-core. Very satisfied here. Glad to be using a refurb, keeping a computer out of a landfill. Reuse!
