I also had to tear down the machine and re-seat the CPU to get a clean boot. However, despite the weirdness, I got a better deal and way faster shipping than other similar sellers. Very happy to finally have what I needed for my project.

That being said, the other two are fine, I have them running Display Port out to HDMI. I installed Manjaro Linux on it, I didn't see a Windows key? But I wouldn't have used it anyway, I don't do Windows. Machine has been everything described, actually a little more, it's an i5 7500-T @ 33GHz, quad-core. Very satisfied here. Glad to be using a refurb, keeping a computer out of a landfill. Reuse!

Emailed pics to the seller, they responded promptly and we agreed to a new face plate. Part arrived a few days later in perfect condition, I installed and we are up and running. The FedEx shipping only took two days. Unfortunately, there was an issue of a missing Wi-Fi dongle and optical drive. Customer service was great and shipped the missing items within two days. Again unfortunately, they shipped them USPS snail mail and took over a week to get them. I felt they should have placed a higher priority on something that was due to their error.
