    Described as used good working condition

    Charger has 4 charging slots. Each slot has a vertical and horizontal spring loaded retainer. One side (2slots ) the retainers work fine. The other side one slot the spring retainer (horizontal) is broke or stretched . On the other slot the vertical retainer is broke or stretched. Good working condition?

    Buddy L alkaline battery charger.

    It's supposed to recharge alkaline batteries, and it does so. Works best on batteries that aren't completely discharged. This Buddy L will charge batteries to about 80% which is ok for low discharge usage such as LED lites, etc. and beats throwing a bunch of batteries in the trash.
