    Great communication from vendor. Had some issues with shipping as it sat at the warehouse for 3 days before I finally drove out and picked it up. I am told that I will be credited for that portion of the shipping. The bumper I purchased was very clean and matched the photos. I installed it myself and saved $3k over taking it to a body shop.     Item purchased (18-21 Telematics Module OEM) was not as described - verified fit, Land Rover Dealer says original vehicles VIN is HARD CODED in module and new vehicle VIN cannot be entered to use and communicate with the car. Totally worthless and unusable and cannot be resold. Seller should not offered to sale on eBay- claims mfg issue. Seller would/did not respond to msg - closed refund process due 5 days over 30 limit due to appt time w/LR dealer. Disappointed. Buyer beware
