The duvet is stained under the zipper. The duvet is VERY wrinkled. Not at all as Shabby Chic would package their linens. Seller responded by accusing me of scamming her. I only wanted to return so I could purchase a different duvet. Seller insists I want something for free. I do not. There’s no reason to assume buyers are scamming you if all they request is to return an item not as listedReply from: kitschy_kitschy_coo- Feedback replied by seller kitschy_kitschy_coo.- Feedback replied by seller kitschy_kitschy_coo.Buyer admitted in Ebay convo to purchasing two of the same item (mine and another) and the other one which she purchased for much less had a stain and was not perfect, but she was keeping it and returning mine (which had no issues at all-the sticky on the outside of the package was the residue from the price stickers). This is a classic bait and switch.
