    seller sent me a bad ssd. I installed it in my computer who the seller had me take pictures of before sending the ssd. I contacted him via texting as per his request. I sent him many screenshots of my computer with his ssd card in it. it would require him to activate the software to make it work. He just avoided returning my text messages and then claimed it was my responsibility. I asked for a refund and to return it to him. He demanded I wait until he gets back from Europe. I want a refund

    The buyer first didn't respond after purchase for two weeks. I had to send him an actual letter to his address to get him respond to my questions for the system configuration. Secondly the buyer lacks patience and computer knowledge. He did not know what BIOS is and was not willing to navigate to make settings adjusted for the SSD. I've asked him to send me pictures of BIOS submenus and he just didn't do it. The SSD has booted from Dell, Lenovo, Panasonic, and HP. His laptop was an HP so ...
