    Disappointed

    I have been searching and searching for this product for months ever since this pandemic started and the shelves have been empty. So I gave up going from store to store and started shopping online only to find out that the product has been changed and does not work anywhere near as good as it used to. I'll use the product until I'm out then I'll search for something else that works better. The ordering shipping process was perfectly fine I was quite pleased with that but I am extremely disappointed in the product.

    Scam same color but no chemicals

    Used this product for years. Bad well water leaves rust stains in toilet -sinks-ect. Store bought the Works you spray on and within minutes it dissolves it and rinse it . This product I bought on line does not dissolve anything. Think it's a scam. They got my money. Sure not right.

    Didn't do the job!

    It wasn't the gel. But, I understand that the government put a halt to the gel brand because it's highly toxic to humans, animals and to the environment. so that explains why they no longer sell the item.

    Cheap non-strength solution.

    This cleaner has no strength at all. Almost like it's been watered down. Won't buy again. I'll go back to the original dark blue & white bottle.
