      This product has very poor quality. Don`t buy this product from this seller. the same product is on the web site Temu for 1.30USD. In 4-5 days it became black one? it was silver colour. It was broken and repaired.

      We worked with this Buyer and even refunded their money and they kept the item. We have never had any complaints on this item as it is in fact our #1 best seller. We guarantee Temu does NOT sell Swarovski crystals. We purchase ours from an authorized Swarovski Seller. Not sure what the Buyer did with the item but I will NEVER sell to her again and I blocked her. It is total abuse of the Ebay shopping experience. Very disappointing.
