      27" display arrived damaged, broken vertical strip of pixels on right side. It was packed loosely in a box with some cardboard scraps and one sheet of bubble wrap. The seller did give a refund and did not want the display shipped back, but offered to send a replacement. Really strongly suggesting a replacement should be sent and took some back-and-forth messaging to get a refund.

      Just what I needed, works great!

      The box it came in was pretty beat up and ripped, but I was surprised to find the monitor inside was like brand-new as advertised. It works great!

      Great colors and image quality
