      Ordered on 12/13 until today 12/23 we should receive it today as we read the order shipping details. USPS garbage service, we contact the seller first day how is important this order but he decided to ignore our message and respond after two days. We have very bad experience here. 😣

      We are very sorry that the order did not arrive in time. We did respond to the inquiry that it was shipped on the same day we received the order. Unfortunately at christmas time shipping tends to be much slower. Once the package has left our facility we no longer have any control over it. We did offer to have the buyer refuse the shipment and refund the money once product was returned.
