    Extremely easy to use, great value

    I purchased this for my wife's birthday gift. (OK it's what she asked for). She was used to the old one with it's button that you turn to make it go, and was a bit apprehensive with all this automatic timing thing but after one use she is sold on the idea. We ate a roast prepared in the unit last night for supper and it turned out wonderfully.

    Crock Pot Disapointment

    I bought this four quart Crock Pot several months ago, because I have a six quart Crock Pot exactly like it that I have had at least five years, and I love it. The four quart has been a huge disappointment, because it doesn't get hot enough to cook even set on high with plenty of extra time. It won't even cook pre soaked pinto beans. After ten hours, I ended up pouring the beans in a pan and finished cooking them on my range.

    very good slow cooker

    I like this unit a lot. I have on e and I bought another one for my parents. It has 5 different heat levels. My only complaint is that the first time I used it, I accidentally had it on warm for about 4 hours before I discovered that I didn't have it on the 4 hour setting that I wanted. I you;don't figure out whey it wasn't cooking correctly. The reason for this is that the on green light is located right next to the 4 hour setting and that also has a green light. It was a little confusing until I figured it out. I like the warm setting and I like the other choices as well.
