Good communication stood out. A fault developed which Microsoft could not fix spending a long time testing. Not obvious until after a few days. Replacement was unquestioned, collected within a day or two and an equally good example (no fault developed) arrived two days later. Amongst the best customer support I have come across. Highly recommended to deal with.
