    Shipping fast. Very well packaged. Great Price. Described as a new condition rack and top box kit. The condition was unopened and in new condition. However, it was Missing the mounting hardware, instructions, and mounting guide plate to drill holes to mount the top box to the rack. I contacted the Seller. He got back to me quickly, but suggested that I go purchase any extra parts ($18) needed or return it (my cost). Since it is less expensive and trouble to keep it I am keeping it.
