      This product really works. It has a glycerin so your BM is smooth. No constipation. Within a week you feel the difference that I am levels are better. Has taken this for many years and it does work in case of low iron count.

      gentle iron is the way to go if you need iron

      great product...I need the gentle iron or my bowel movements are sticky and black...I get dizzy very easily so I believe my iron is low so need to take this vitamin and it helps so much
