      Item not as described. Listed as ‘unopened box’, box was opened and creased on one side, seal was missing and hot wheel was tampered with (already came lowered when standard they come not lowered) pretty disappointing purchase given it was not the condition I was expecting for the amount paid. Seller did a $10 refund which is something, but also doesn’t remedy the value for what I was expecting.

      The item was exactly as pictured in the photos. The pictures clearly show the outer box open and separate from the inner box. The hot wheel itself was never taken out of the package. The buyer contacted asking for a partial refund, a common scam people do. i offered to take the return back but the buyer agreed to a 10 dollar refund. I did my best to accommodate this buyer.
