A little mishap though since the product was apparently damaged while in transit, but seller was able to manage expectations and draw up an acceptable solution. Perhaps paying a little extra for shipping might have worked out, as it would have enabled it to be transported much more efficiently as a fragile item. Nevertheless, the total experience with this seller is very positive, not offering excuses whatsoever.
