    Just ok

    This product is just ok, to start with it does not come with a wall charger, it only comes with a USB cable. Not sure how many people still have desktop computers but that is all you can charge it with, the website does not recommend using a automobile USB port as it provides to much power. After my purchase I questioned customer service about the lack of a wall charger they basically said it was up to me to supply my own charger. The GPS versus the mapping provided is somewhat sketchy but I guess you get a picture for a broad overview of where your pet is. All in all the GPS gives you an approximate location of your pet, I guess the price matches the performance. Maybe other devices come complete with a charger and a better GPS to map location.

    Compact and powerful software.

    Fairly small and easy to put on and off. Seems to hold a charge for several days. The app works well. Should be helpful in tracking wandering dogs.
