This is STRAIGHT OUT THE BOX….and now they say they can only give me a refund, not a replacement, even though there is other certified refurbished ones on their ebay page available. All I wanted was a monitor for my birthday. Horrible experience took them all day to reply and it sounds like a robot. -100
