For those who don't know, the poppys need a cold spell before they will germinate and grow. You can mimic this by putting water in ice cube trays, almost full, then sprinkle seeds on top of each square and freeze two weeks. After two weeks place directly on your soil and keep it moist. They need light to germinate.
