The item was repainted, there was no mention of it being repainted with model paint in the description. The paint made the ruber belt stiff. When wrapped around the figures body the paint began to flake where it makes contact with itself. See pics. Price was OK so not too upset. I probably still would have bought if seller had indicated it was repainted in the listing.
