    My doll was listed as a Kaye Wiggs MSD. Actually it was a Yo-SD by unknown artist. In fine very pale print was the actual description. I wanted to return- Seller said the error was mine- EBay defaulted to Wiggs & she couldn’t correct it. Then she offered $75 off the $800 doll. Then she accepted a return but I had to pay shipping. Finally after WEEKS of haggling she sent a return slip. Doll was acknowledged received by seller March 29th. Today is April 7- no refund yet. EBay has to step in.

    Why did you leave negative feedback? While I disagree with you not seeing what I listed on the auction I understand how it could be confusing. I admitted I do not fill in the details on ebay because I chose to use my own description. But I realized you could get confused. I decided it was the right thing to have you return the doll and I gave you your money back. I have never had a problem in 20 years and have 100% positive feedback. Please change your feedback.
