      Got 2 bags of choc candy, thought they'd be del'd to my door, in a box. Temps in the 80's. I have a Ring doorbell & son who works at home to get the box asap. But both bags were smashed into a plastic bag and squeezed into my mailbox 5 hours w/no del'y email. Seller chose cheap ($2) USPS option then cited their disclaimer about "temps can effect product quality." Ignored their option to choose a front door del'y, offer a faster del'y option (I'd paid it), email upon del'y, etc. I had NO options.

      ALL other buyers of this SAME listing with exactly the SAME packaging and shipping method are very happy with their purchase and posted positive reviews. ONLY this buyer let his package sat in the hot sun for a full day while he expected USPS to deliver his package right to his front door and ring his door bell immediately. This is NOT a service either USPS or my listing offered. This buyer NEVER asked me for any alternative shipping method PRIOR TO purchase, how can he say he had "no options"?
