Boots were shipped without a tracking number in the system which I had to ask for twice, 24+ hours apart before I could get that information. Seller charged $22.00 shipping but label on box was $15.50; requested seller refund the difference--no response at all. Boots are in very good condition, but seller apparently does not know the difference between calf high and knee high. Listed as knee high, but only calf high.
