Post office tracking indicated the item had been delivered to my address when it had, in fact, been returned to the seller. Packaging was sufficient and secure. Item was described as used but the item received was new and unused-it still had the manufacturers tie wraps on it. Great value for an excellent camera bag that's been discontinued by Lowe ProLowepro Stealth Reporter D300 AW & Lowpro Former 110 (#267173204266)

Machine was slightly broken when it arrived which will cause it to bounce around when sewing, which will reduce the quality. I would recommend the seller package better in the future. I brought this to the seller's attention and they responded very quickly.
