    The packaging was completely inadequate especially considering the price paid and how fragile the item is. Package was cardboard wrapped around the middle with the ends of the canvas exposed only covered in thin clear plastic which had torn. I've received some really beat up packages but by sheer luck this one was spared most of the abuse during shipping. Canvas arrived with a tiny bit of damage to the corners. I would rather it not be damaged, luckily the damage is minor and repairable.
