Regrettably, it was offered as loose leaf only and I need to buy a D ring binder and reinforcement circles for the holes, but I can do that for this important item offered at a discount. It was shipped very well in bubble wrap and box adhered with tape. Swiftly and safely arriving today. I only hope all pages were included. It seems to be all there and I am very happy it was as described.
