      I really don't know what to say here. I recieved the item very quickly, and seller seems ok. I ordered this item as an exact replacement for a unit that started leaking. This was listed as used, but described as new open box. The price was great and perfect for us to swap with our old one. We installed it once we recieved it, but it didn't heat. I contacted seller and they told me to contact insinkerator. Finally today 1 month and 9 days later I have a working unit. I was just very disappointed.
