    quick shipped, product arrived as described and well packed, very clean for a refurb unit, although unit did not come with battery as stated they are easy to get a hold of unlike the batteries for the moto r765is, and very well priced for a almost complete kit, will need to grab programming cable to add contacts from the newer dtr 700 model as ota read won't work between the 550 and 700 dtr radios
