Send through UPS box was not damaged. The item was Lelit Victoria espresso machine and came as described. This machine is very nice in person the pictures did not do it justice. Value is good if you are into DIY. Hopefully I can fix it but seller was accurate and honest about the unit. I would highly recommend this seller.

I'm very happy now that it's up to par. It was shipped in the original box and was packed well.
