      Shun perfect veg cutting knife.

      My first Shun knife. I’m older and chopping vegetables has become much harder. After seeing chefs use this Nikiri knife..in different lengths.. I decided to try the shorter one. I’m still waiting to use it for the first time bc I realized I need a specific softer wood cutting board to help preserve the sharpness. Nevertheless I’m very excited about the performance of this knife.

      Beautiful, super sharp knife.

      My only regret is not buying this knife sooner. It fits in your hand nicely and cutting vegetables is a breeze. Super thin slices of tomato?... no problem. After receiving my first Nakiri 5.5 inch and found out how great a knife it is, I ordered 5 more to give as gifts. I myself would love to receive this knife as a present so I am sure my family and friends will too.
