All the sets we purchased came from authorized dealers or from the LEGO store itself, I have every official LEGO build book to back this up even for the Jurassic Park items the seller questions in his photo. I’m very disappointed in this buyer attempt to fraudulently get a discount by way of a refund. You apparently fail to respond to many people's messages as that is a common theme in your feedback received.
