When I reached out to the seller, responded that he wasn't accepting a return and to "sit back and relax, lady". eBay had to step in to force a resolution. It arrived and the spoil of wire was bent but the wire was in perfect condition. Proceeds t tell me I should be ashamed of myself and that it is the incorrect item. I show them its the correct item and they say they will get eBay involved. eBay has not gotten involved.
