Upon receiving the item all the original seals on the box and plastic restraints holding the figure in the box appeared to be intact, indicating the item was new. When opening the box, discovered the butterfly joint on the left arm of the action figure was cracked/broken. Contacted the seller who went above and beyond to resolve the situation, by offering to return the item or receive a discount.
