    Excellent device and great value for a USB hub and card reader

    The Broway card reader is compatible with Windows 10. The card reader portion is USB 2.0 and is decently fast. Be warned the Compact Flash slot is upside-down (EX: the front label faces down) be careful inserting the Compact Flash as the pins are fragile and can get bent easy. The USB 3.0 hub works as advertised and was recognized by Windows as a VIA device. If your motherboard has an extra USB 3.0 header you can use that as that PCI-E card is just a simple adapter with a PCI-E 1x on one end and a standard 20-pin USB 3.0 male header. The cable going to the PCI-E card has a standard 20-pin female motherboard header.

    Mega Data Blast

    Hi: I installed this in my HP 6300 Pro Tower. The instillation was flawless. I did consult the Mother Board Information for The proper available places to put the cables. To answer questions that other users may need to have answered with this product, that were not crystal clear to me. The big cable that plugs into the PCIe bus is for the four USB 3.0 Ports across the bottom of the card reader They do transfer data quickly but are limited to buss speed and disk IO speed. They work well! The smaller cable plugs onto an empty USB 2.0 data jack on the mother board ; it is for the card reader portion and works well also; but just don't get hopeful like I did and think that the card reader portion is running at USB 3.0 speeds. I did have to use the installation disk to mount all the drivers ...

    Broway card reader

    This card reader was a good idea, but it is not compatible with Windows 10. Broway company made last driver for this reader in 2013. If you have Windows 10 do not buy this reader.
