    ceramic pull through sharpener

    I had a sharpener similar to this one. It had a carbide side and a ceramic side. The carbide wrecked the edge on a Case pocket knife I have. I bought a Cold Steel to be my new every day carry. This new sharpener works very well. A couple of passes and the knife is super sharp. Overall I'm happy with the way it performs.Definitely better than the yellow one it replaced.

    Too small for larger knives

    Bought this and was hoping to use it on a larger bladed knife but it is really a little small for that. Quality good enough for price.

    Sharp

    I use it to maintain the edge between resharpenings. I have used it to resharpen a really dull blade. It was a usable edge but not a super sharp edge. But it took more work than to resharpen the right way. Overall I recommend this for edge maintenance and that's it.
