It cranks the engine like it's brand new. No hesitation on the compression stroke. Most people rely on you tube videos about valve clearance, but it's more likely a bad starter. I'm going buy a spare so I don't have to worry about starting my mower

I did contact the seller about the delay and he assured me that my item was going thru the USPO system, so excellent communication. A+++ seller.
