    I've used this blend for years. 0 side effects. Seems to work well. It has THE MOST effective type of phytoceramides and in the right dosage. NO others compare to it. It's other ingredients boost its effectiveness. There are a few blends that also have this combo, but in fact they have some ineffective ingredients, like D2, rather than the bio-available D3.     Skinny on youthful skin

    I first heard of phytoceramides running across a wheat-based form and had purchased 3 bottles due to the price I looked into other formulas claiming they are better and cheaper, not in this case. With the wheat product, I was using its a liquid and the only substance in the capsule. This product is powder and includes biotin and Vit's A and D The wheat-based product left my skin more supple and had no scales or itching from my psoriasis, this product doesn't work for me as well. I do have some scales and itching however I recognize that it may well indeed work very well for someone else. Once my bottles are gone I will not repurchase but urge anyone reading this to decide on their own.
