Had to run to a hardware store to buy a replacement. Emailed the company outside of eBay, also no response. Tried calling the number on their website, no answer. Gave 4 days. Would not buy from them again.Follow-up from: l***g- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.After we submitted as a return/refund request through eBay, the Seller offered us $6 partial refund. The filter that was bad accounted for $13 of the total.
