    Intentionally deceptive listing lied and said that rather than being brand new and like the picture, it was actually a rusted, scratched, stained, bent, (possibly pre-owned) and heavily flawed factory second, and then the ad went further and offered a false decoy explanation of the low price. Seller ignored last messages and refused to cover return shipping despite item far from being as described. BUYER BEWARE!! Worst eBay experience I've ever had!!
