    I used one of these at Phyical Therapy and work so well I bought this one. It knock off months of p.t. by using it at home as well. And even now I use it when i need to stretch my arms and shoulders.

    HELPED ME FLY THROUGH PT

    I bought this pulley system for my nephew who was undergoing PT to help him. He knew, before he started PT, that he was more than likely looking at surgery and this will help him then. I had a similar product after my rotator cuff surgery and I finished PT ahead of schedule saving me time and money!

    Not what I needed.

    I needed a heavy duty, over the door, as in, bolted on three wall over the door, to exercise a shoulder after shoulder replacement surgery. I could no longer go to physical therapy due to COV-19 rules. In all fairness, it could be good for pulling horizontally but not exercising vertically. I'm going to find a way to make it work
