      Revived my old knackered OL195

      My OL195 based compressor, valve plate had met it's maker (the original single plate, the middle of the 3 reeds had broken/worn, resulting in the compressor only charging to 60psi) struggled to find this kit in the UK so ended up buying from USA. Very pleased with the result, the compressor charges very quickly and back to full 120psi. My only problem was the diagrams had the valve plat orientation the wrong way round, but that was easily put right, the product is exactly what I hoped for.

      Valve assy put together incorrectly. Had to fix the new part and do the whole job twice.

      The item arrived on time and I put the parts in the compressor and fired it up and the air filter blew up into the air. Note: It came assembled and tie wrapped in position so no mistake could be made. Well, it turns out the mistake was made before it was tie wrapped and put in the box WAY before I got it. I had to take everything apart and looking at the drawing it was easy to see the valve plate was 180 degrees out of place. So I put the assembly together correctly and put everything back together for the second time and I'm happy to report the compressor is compressing once again. Although disappointing it turned out OK.

      Spend a little save a lot!

      Compressor is old and stopped building pressure, I can afford to buy a new one. With inflation the way it is decided to save a buck. Glad I did, easy fix and original parts.
