Very lightweight in comparison to a traditional worsted wool kilt, but is also about one fortieth of the cost. The appearance did look good, quite traditional. The condition of the construction was good with the bottom edge being the selvedge edge and not hemmed like a women's skirt. Actual leather straps. It could pass appearance if worn with Scottish attire for a Groom's party and could be more affordable than renting tuxedos.
